We, at PAWS Humane Society, have joined Cartridges for Kids(CFK) as a fundraiser to support our various programs. CFK is a hassle-free recycling program that pays cash for recyclable items to support non-profit organizations.

Over the years our volunteers have helped many, many people and their pets as well as many stray animals. We have done this all out of our homes, sometimes using a lot of our own resources to help. Now, as we grow larger, recruiting more volunteers we would like to see PAWS in their own facility!
Our goal for 2010 is to have a facility that would house a spay/neuter clinic, recovery area, classrooms, wellness area, small adoption center and a gift shop! We NEED your help. If anyone has a building they are willing to donate, we would be forever grateful! Just think of the tax write-off.
Once we have our own building, we will be able to recruit more volunteers, have children come to visit, take tours,have a place for meetings, place to store our donations, the possibilities are endless.

In the meantime, we have our adoption center located inside Petco on State Street in Rockford. We are in need of items to continue to operate this adoption center. If you would like to donate any of these items, you may drop them off at the adoption center inside Petco.
